New sleeves are ready for sale!

When the freight company told me I was going to have to wait till monday or tuesday to get the new shipment of supplies, I rented a ryder straight truck, grabbed Matt Danner, and shot down to the chicago shipping clearing house to pick up my order. We got back to the ACD warehouse at 6pm, slammed a few orders onto the UPS truck by 6:45 and the rest will ship on monday. That means those of you who have stores who are waiting for these products, they’re finally on the way!

New Samples of Future Legion Supplies products are in my hands!

Yesterday I received a box of some promotional items I produced for the Midwest Masters Series Trials and for Gen Con. I was a bit busy and didn’t have to ship them out for a bit, so I just let ’em sit. Today I got an email from my manufacturing plant asking me if I got the boxes and had I looked at them yet. They had included some new product samples and wanted to know if I had seen them.

Legion Supplies Deckboxes on dailymtg.com

The deckboxes I talked about yesterday were also the subject of a feature interview yesterday on dailymtg.com. Alan Hochman of Pastimes (the idea guy, who’s already been given grief for not mentioning Legion Supplies) spearheaded the idea and initial organization while Legion Supplies cleaned up the design and got the manufacturing under way. For Atlanta, it was down to the wire. We finalized this plan late December and completed design, manufacturing and delivery in just a few weeks!

Legion Supplies and Grand Prix Deckboxes

Legion Supplies is proud to be the manufacturer of a series of Deckboxes being distributed at the North American Grand Prix tournaments in 2011. Each North American Organizer will have a deckbox with their city and date listed in a “Tour T-shirt” style. The deckboxes will feature custom art by well loved artist Steve Argyle , who will also be appearing at several GPs throughout the year! The Art is a large piece which will be broken down into 8 parts, 1 for each GP, creating the full image once you’ve collected all 8 and place them side by side.

These deckboxes have been manufactured slightly larger from the “standard” deckbox size to accommodate a full sealed pool with your sealed deck in sleeves or a fully sleeved EDH… errr… Commander Deck!

We have the first 4 pieces done…We love where he’s going with this! check ’em out:

MC 3 Itinerary and Events list updated

Jump on over to the MC3 cruise page for the new itinerary and details about events. We’ve been moved to the late supper to accommodate our entire group, so we shifted event times around a bit, otherwise it’s pretty close to the same. Evenings (post supper) are open to enjoy shows, karaoke and partying of all kinds, but we should still have the event room most of the nights for those who’d rather draft and play casually there.
